I offer an opportunity for an informal chat in the first instance. This is allows you to get a feel for how it might be to work with me and decide if we're a good fit.
ONLINE COUNSELLING
I provide remote counselling using a platform called Zoom. We hold the awareness that we are not in a dedicated 'neutral' space; we are in my home and in your home. It's important that you feel you have enough privacy and feel secure, wherever you choose to have your session. If home isn't a workable space to be, some people use their car, their garden or any other outside space, or a friend or family member's home. It's very important that you have a space in which you feel comfortable. We can talk this through if it would be helpful.
FEES
I offer sessions for individuals aged 18 +. My fee is £55.00 for 1 hour (60mins).
